"There are consequences to our actions that aren't necessarily bad. Do not believe that will always be the case. We are sent these things for us to learn from them and to grow and become a better person as a result. To embrace life with all it's foibles & barnacles we carry around with us. In the future you will see that everything really does happen for a reason, and you will look back and realise there were lessons to be learnt and you will will be glad and your heart will swell with love and gratitude."

Little did I know just what the future held when I wrote these words on my first try at automatic writing on May 18th 2013, and how my world was about to turn completely upside down.
